Ever been to speed dating? We had and that’s how we met, interesting right! The first question I asked Rakesh was ‘tell me something interesting about yourself?’ His response was surprising, very much intriguing to me, ‘I enjoy cooking’ he said. That definitely was the start of a conversation that got us talking all night and 3 years on and we still together. Anyways his response was based on the fact that we was vegan at the time and that got him experimenting with food. I was fascinated and we love sharing our ideas.

Many of our conversations revolved around food and what we can do with different ingredients and how we can make original dishes different. Over the years we have visited many restaurants and analysed their menus looking at the options available for veggies and vegans.
