Mr Eats Alot

I began to get more curious about cooking when I was vegan for a while. I noticed the options when eating out was limited and that got me thinking as to what can be created for vegans and all eaters.

About Rakesh:

Who loves their food? I got news for you I love my food. Food plays an important part in my life. Exploring different cultures and most importantly testing out local cuisines. When I see my mum cooking my eyes certainly get drawn to the cooker. The process of creating a dish is certainly enthralling, even the most minuet of things I find exciting. Finding fresh ingredients, the preparation, using the spices, smelling the aromas ... all to prepare you for one moment of taste.

Around two years ago I explored vegan/plant based foods by following this diets for approximately 6 months. The array of fruits and vegetables that are available is mind boggling. The colourful varieties was very eye warming and the dishes that were created certainly made the heart and soul feel better. This was a fantastic experience and wouldn’t change it for the world, through trial and error I managed to create some fantastic dishes. I’ve always been curious and with that curiosity I want to share my knowledge.

I CAN CERTAINLY SAY VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FOOD IS NOT BORING.
