1 Portebello Mushroom

1 Jersey Potato

1 Broiche Seed Bun

25g butter

One clove of garlic finely chopped and finely chopped chilli

Oven Baked Fries

1. Cut the potato into long strips evenly as possibly. (no need the peel)

2. In a pot/pan of boiling water add potatoes. Allow it to par boil for 5 minutes.

3. Pre heat oven 200⁰c. Grease a oven tray with oil then place in the oven.

4. Once potatoes have par boiled. Drain the water then place in the pre heated tray. Give them a little shake and spread evenly.

5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

6. Put it back in the oven allow it to cook for 25 minutes.

Tip: If you want to check if the fries are cooked through then poke a knife through the middle.

The Burger

1. Cut the Halloumi in the middle length ways so it’s in two pieces.

2. Slice the mushrooms length ways (slices do not have to be even).

3. In a pan put in a tablespoon of olive oil, place halloumi on a low heat  (be mindful to lower the heat as the oil spit).

4. Allow it to cook roughly 4 minutes each side (or to your preference).

5. In another pan place butter and allow it heat and melt. Add finely chopped garlic and chilli. Then add mushrooms. Tilt pan to one side, then get a spoon and scoop the butter up and pour over the mushrooms so it covers it evenly.

6. Cut the brioche buns in half then on one side of the pan place downwards for 1 minute.
