Guacamole

Holey Moley great Guacamole!

Inside of packet foods I do always to attempt to make things from scratch as well getting basics items right after practicing it. Having watching guacamole being made many times on cooking shows it seems a simple item to make and definitely quite easy when you have a go.

Everyone will have their own version and ingredients like coriander is found in guacamole and I don’t really like it too much but a handle can be added to this recipe. I like it chunky but this recipe can be made in a food processor by roughly chopping and bunging in all the ingredients in and blitz.
