Basic Gravy

Simple and Tasty

Gravy is the ingredient that brings any roast together and can be made without meat juices and just as tasty. This recipe as many of mine are adaptable and can be made from ready made vegetable stock, the stock from boiled veg as well as from the roasting pan after roasting veg  to get those flavours.
